If you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchased from Kinoebi, you may return it to us for a full refund of the product price paid, subject to the following requirements:

If you ordered multiple items, only the sales tax associated with the returned item will be refunded. All returned items must be currently available at Kinoebi. We do not accept returns of discontinued or clearance items.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
