Clean Water Club members receive free shipping within the United States.
Hey, we love shopping online, too, so we completely understand your desire to receive your order as quickly as possible. We'll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we offer free shipping for Clean Water Club members.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 days of receipt. Please carefully check your shipping address before placing an order, as we cannot modify it after the order has been placed.
We cannot guarantee that orders will ship within 3-5 days. This depends on our inventory availability and other factors.
Shipping Time
Your order typically takes approximately 7-10 days to arrive, barring postal delays.
We do experience shipping delays, and sometimes orders may take 10-15 business days to arrive. We apologize for any delays, as we have no control over delivery times once an order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please note that if your order contains multiple items, we may ship each item separately, depending on its size. If this happens, we will send you tracking information for each item.
Postal Carrier
We typically use USPS and Amazon for shipping orders within the United States. If you request a specific carrier, we may not be able to accommodate your needs.
Amazon Fulfillment
Sometimes, we use Amazon to fulfill your order. After we push the order to Amazon and pack it, it may take a few days to ship, depending on your location. Once your package is shipped, we will send you an automated email with tracking information!
Weekend Orders
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time) on Friday will ship the following week. We love getting out and enjoying time with family and friends.
International Orders
International orders may take longer to pack and ship. Due to current logistics conditions, there may be delays in stock transfers and customs clearance.
